The Grand Regnard is made from a selection of 100% Chardonnay fruit from the best vineyards in Chablis. Pale yellow in colour, the nose brings aromas of white flowers, lemon, and grapefruit zest with pronounced chalky notes. The palate is clean and well structured with flavours of white peach, green apple and lemon zest before the complex chalky minerality from the nose re-emerges. This big thirst-quenching wine is a classic example of Chablis at its best from Regnard.
